I'm Ruth, your guide rooted in the body’s innate rhythm to feel & heal, our human energy anatomy and the wisdom of nature.

I created this program because I believe that every person will benefit from embracing the skills to stand tall within the chaos, uncertainty and ambiguity that marks today's society. So that we do not have to look away, yet feel empowered to continue to act with resilience and joy. We all know that we need a pause from time to time. Yet, I have seen the necessity and power of the "rewind" while working with Ukrainian refugees. And, I noticed within myself that self-care allows you to move past that pause & rewind. I love to embrace Play with ease, joy & authenticity !
